Application

These halogen-free and flame retardant screened flexible control and connecting cables on a fixed operating mode can continiue energy transmission under fire conditions. These cables are used in instrumentation and control engineering; in communication and automation systems, data and signal transmission in electronic purposes. And also the tinned copper wires braided screen provides protection against external electrical interferences. Halogen-free cables are used in the closed environments, at schools, airports, hospitals, malls etc. where low corrosive gases and low smoke density must have in case of fire. These cables are used for indoor applications, not intended for outdoor or underground installation.

Core identification	:	- According to DIN 47100 colour coded - OZ: Black cores with white numbers acc. to EN 50334 - JZ: Black cores with white numbers and a green-yellow core acc. to EN 50334
Stranding	:	Cores stranded in layers of optimum pitch
Protective wrap	:	Fibre glass tape
Separator	:	Polyester tape
Screen	:	Tinned copper wires braiding
Outer sheath	:	HFFR compound, EN 50290-2-27
Sheath colour	:	~RAL 2003, Orange
